- Preparation of onion

Put oil in a pan on low heat and sauté the chopped onions until they change color and become golden. Then remove from the pan and put in a separate plate.
- Cooking potatoes

Put the chopped potatoes in the pan and sprinkle a little salt on them and fry for about 8 minutes.
- Add garlic

Then add crushed garlic, pepper and turmeric and stir.
- Adding shrimp

Add the shrimps to the potatoes and then the onions, stir and fry for about 3 minutes. Then pour 1/4 cup of water and reduce the heat until the potatoes are soft and the food released some oil. After 8 minutes, the double onion shrimp dish is ready to serve with rice or bread.
